The property is one of 4 townhouses. It
is a self contained 2 bedroom ensuite house, with fully fitted western
style kitchen, dining room, down stairs toilet and living room containing
tv, dvd, satellite. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and are supplied
with linen and towels. There is a small patio area outside the house with
a larger private balcony off the master bedroom. Both living room and master
bedroom look onto the communal tropical gardens. Each property in the complex
is western owned and a maid service is supplied on a twice weekly basis.
The house is in a quiet area but you may
hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access
to a shared south facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing
patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there
is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external
lighting. |
