The villa is
situated in a fairly quiet corner of Jontiem Beach Resort/Pattaya (at the
‘up market’ end).
It is in a small estate of exclusive villas and houses. Most residents are European owners and holiday-makers. The beach is a short stroll away; as are shops and restaurants with everything you could possibly want including KFC etc. There are shops, restaurants and bars along the promenade for both day and evening entertainment, or just jump in a ‘stop and ride’ cab, which costs 20 cents and go into Pattaya Centre which is always busy with plenty to do. The villa is brand new and virtually all of the fittings have been shipped from England. For yours and your children’s enjoyment we have provided DVD’s, Videos, Toys, Books and bicycles. The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. |
